Here you will find links to a selection of live weather data sites:

Real time data on wind strength and direction and wave height may be found courtesy of data stations on light vessels and oil platforms.

Real time data on wave heights can be accessed via the CEFAS/DEFRAS links to their network of buoys

Real time data (in metric) on the Flemish Banks can be accessed via the Belgium Vlaamse Banken site.
